How do I enquire about a print? Prints are available by enquiry only. Simply visit the collection page and click “Enquire” on the piece you’re interested in. We’ll get back to you with availability, pricing and any additional information.

Are prints limited edition? Yes, all prints are produced as limited editions. Details on edition sizes are provided upon enquiry.

Can I request a specific size? When you submit an enquiry, let us know your preferences and we’ll discuss the options available.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are processed securely.

Is it safe to shop on your website? Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information.

Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

I haven’t received an order confirmation โ€“ what should I do? Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, get in touch and we’ll confirm your order status.

Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive? For store purchases, UK orders are typically dispatched within 3โ€“5 working days. International orders are dispatched within the same timeframe and may take a further 7โ€“14 working days to arrive, depending on customs. For print orders, delivery timescales will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information where available.

What if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What is your returns policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to arrange a return.

How do I return an item? Get in touch with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 working days of receiving the returned item. It may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
